Service Request

Prime’s staff is available to assist with any major or minor service request.

For Emergency Service please call 412.650.6000

Major system problems are reported to Prime via telephone at 412.650.6000.  We provide an after hour emergency mailbox for our on-call technicians should a problem arise outside of normal business hours.  If calling after hours, please follow the prompts to obtain emergency service.

For Routine Service please e-mail us at service@primecomm.com.

Minor requests can be emailed to service@primecomm.com or requested via telephone at 412.650.6000 during regular business hours.  From the information submitted, Prime will initiate a service order and we’ll determine whether the problem can be resolved remotely or whether a technician needs to be dispatched.
