Major system problems are reported to Prime via telephone at 412.650.6000. We provide an after hour emergency mailbox for our on-call technicians should a problem arise outside of normal business hours. If calling after hours, please follow the prompts to obtain emergency service.

For Routine Service please e-mail us

Minor requests can be emailed to service@primecomm.com or requested via 412.650.6000 during regular business hours. From the information submitted, Prime will initiate a service order and determine whether the problem can be resolved remotely or with a technician.
